TERMS OF SERVICE

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission.

  • Do not claim finished work as your own.

  • Do not use my art for commercial use without permission first.

  • I can’t do refunds, once the money is sent to my card I have no way of getting it back out </3

  • I require at least half payment up front, and the other half after I send the first WIP.

  • I will take deadlines into account, but there isn’t a 100% guarantee that I’ll get it done in time especially if it’s a larger piece!! If you have a strict, close deadline, I’d recommend going to a different artist :’33

  • School is my top priority, I have class from 8:30 am to 1 pm EST Mon-Fri plus an extra few hours for homework/studying, and I do have a life outside of school & work! Because of this, art could take weeks to finish while I usually aim to get everything done in a few days. You have the right to request updates at any time, however there is no guarantee that I can provide them especially if my queue is large.

  • If your commission is not on my Trello, it’s because I forgot about it. Please try to remind me if you notice that otherwise I won’t remember!

  • You must have some way to communicate with me; preferably Discord as that's the most convenient for me to use and I won't get notifications on any other site.

  • If my commissions are closed, I will do pings. DM me on Discord to be notified when commissions open!

PAYMENT METHODS

You will pay me via my debit card's paylink, which just means you can use any debit/credit card, including Cashapp, Venmo, Paypal, etc (as far as I'm aware). However, it doesn't allow you to pay me if you are not located in the USA for some reason, so you can only commission me if you live in the USA.I will very rarely take commissions for other things such as Robux or gift cards if you live outside of the USA, but I really don't like doing that since it's not paying me directly and oftentimes I end up not being able to spend the money if it isn't directly on my card. I'm trying to find ways around this, but for now just DM me if you have questions regarding payment.
